Energy from a higher source
Reiki is energy from a higher source, channeled through a practitioner who has been attuned to receive it. It flows through Adam's hands to wherever your body and energy field need it most, whether that's hands-on or just above the body.
Reiki can help if you're:
- Living with stress, burnout or emotional exhaustion
- Grieving or moving through a loss
- Feeling spiritually out of alignment
- Coping with physical pain or illness alongside your medical care
- Simply ready to give yourself some deep rest
What to expect
Orientation
New clients get 15 to 20 minutes on how Reiki works, the chakras, and any questions you have.
Intake
A brief health update, then setting your intentions for the session.
Healing
An energy scan, opening blocked chakras, hands-on or hands-off Reiki, and optional healing stones.
Round-up
A conversation about what you noticed and what to expect over the next few days as the energy keeps working.
