Regression

What is a Life Between Lives regression?

Life Between Lives (LBL) regression is a deep form of hypnosis that explores where the soul goes between incarnations. It was pioneered by psychologist and hypnotherapist Dr. Michael Newton.

Where it began

Over roughly 35 years, Dr. Newton is said to have guided more than 7,000 past life regressions. Again and again, some clients didn't stop at the end of a past life. They moved past the death scene into what they described as the spirit world. Their accounts were consistent enough that he developed a method for guiding people there deliberately.

How it differs from past life regression

A past life regression explores an earlier lifetime, often to understand or heal something in this one. An LBL regression looks at the soul's experience between lifetimes: the place of rest, reflection and planning the soul returns to after each life.

What people experience

  • Reunions with spirit guides, loved ones and soul family
  • A sense of Source, or God, and unconditional love
  • Insight into why they're here and how they planned their current life before birth
  • A deep, felt recognition of their own immortal identity

Healing at the soul level

Clients often come back with a new understanding of the people and events in their lives. Experiences that once seemed random or cruel can start to make sense as part of a larger design. For many, that understanding opens the door to forgiveness, including forgiveness of people who caused them real harm.
